WHAT IS IT LIKE?
Unique, rich, and hearty! The offerings of Georgian cuisine are a true feast for all the senses. Our food is characterized by the harmonious coexistence of meat and vegetables. A meaty dish paired with fresh vegetables is sure to win hearts.
While our Georgian kitchen serves up meaty skewers, stews, and dumplings, vegetarians and vegans will also find plenty of delicious reasons to sit down at the table. In Georgian cuisine, vegetables and especially eggplant, beetroot, cabbage, beans, and tomatoes take center stage.
Georgian cuisine makes generous use of spices. Coriander and the lesser-known fenugreek create the distinctive flavors of our dishes. Our food is gently spiced but rarely hot.
