Georgian food – what is it like?
Unique, rich, and full of flavour – the delights of Georgian cuisine are a feast for all the senses. Our dishes are characterized by the harmonious relationship between meat and vegetables. A meaty dish combined with fresh vegetables will melt your heart.
While our Georgian cuisine offers meaty skewers, stews, and meat-filled parcels, vegetarians and vegans can also find plenty of good reasons to sit down at our table. In Georgian cuisine, vegetables such as eggplant, beetroot, cabbage, beans, and tomatoes are particularly featured.
Spices are used abundantly in Georgian cuisine. Coriander and the lesser-known spice, fenugreek, create the distinctive flavours of our dishes. Our kitchen's offerings are gently spiced but not overly hot.
